Circles of Joy • Special Summer Edition [Premiere]

Shioniri and Lieberman, a couple in life and on stage, have been creating together since 2015 when they founded TakeDown Productions. Their works received critical acclaim and were supported by numerous organizations, including the Rabinovich Foundation, Ministry of Culture and Sports, Pais Council for Culture and Arts, Tel Aviv Municipality, and others. Their performances were featured in leading frameworks such as ‘International Exposure’, ‘Intimadance’, ‘Shalem Dance’, and many others. In recent years, the duo has been invited to perform, create, and teach in Japan, Bulgaria, Albania, Norway, Germany, Croatia, Switzerland, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, and more.

Their creations are characterized by a sincere search for unique forms of expression, leaning towards uncompromising physicality while maintaining an unwavering commitment to finding innovative means of expression and a multi-disciplinary approach, combining different performing arts at the intersection of dance, circus, and visual art.
